Judy Stenmark is the CEO of Osteoporosis Australia. She took on this role more than five years ago, charged with the mission of putting osteoporosis “on the map” and to increase awareness and action in consumers and among medical professionals.

She has a medical / health background in physiotherapy with a Masters of Public Health. She has worked in the Bone Arena for over 15 years, both in clinical practice, research, education and marketing.

In the ‘Bone’ area, her particular interests are in physical activity and its effect on bone. In the past six years Judy has given over 250 presentations on bone-related health to a mixture of medical and consumer audiences, on a local, national and international level.
